I can help - I have training and experience in working with issues concerning life transitions, parenting, marriage, divorce, anxiety, depression and perinatal mood disorders (PPD/PPA). I believe the therapeutic process is meant to provide a safe space of acceptance to process feelings, struggles, and other stressors while experiencing personal and relational growth over time.
